Our Mission
The Mariucci Family Foundation was formed in 2011 by Steve Mariucci to promote and advance his philanthropic works and to involve his family in those endeavors. The purpose of the Foundation is to raise money and make grants to other non-profit organizations. The Foundation organizes, hosts, and is the beneficiary of various fundraising events to support its charitable purposes. This includes the Steve Mariucci Family Beacon House, Football Camp for the Stars for athletes with Down Syndrome, the Madden-Mariucci Battle of the Bay bocce ball tournament, the Iron Mountain Road and Trail Half Marathon, Special Olympics, and direct involvement or contributions with charities such as CreatiVets, Montalvo Arts Center and many more.
Grants are made to charities having proven track record of delivering services to and supporting a wide array of audiences including underserved youth and their families, veterans, hospital patients and their families and more. By providing access to wellness and therapeutic programs, sports, recreational and art programs, education, and healthcare, the Mariucci Family Foundation makes an impact in many areas.
